This is a video of our teacher when she was nine years old. She had a lisp and so had elocution lessons to iron it out. Now she speaks properly! This poem is by Ogden Nash.

Geek and Nerd Mufti Day

Today we dressed up as geeks and nerds. These are people who like to study a lot, but we learnt that they often become very rich like Bill Gates. They are also good at science and electronics. We need to learn more about clever people like scientists, rather than thinking pop stars and sport people are better. 

Ms Koltonowska's Birthday

Today is Ms Koltonowska's birthday. Ben brought her a cake which she shared with the class. Michael made her a beautiful piece of art and gave her some caramel eggs. She went to Pauanui for the weekend and got a new Country Road Bag and some Christian Dior lipstick.
